Do I have to pay a registration fee if I use your service? No. We will charge no registration fee, no deposit, no advance payment for our services. 2. How long do I have to wait for a tutor once I register online? Once we receive your enquiry our staff will call you on the same day and locate a suitable tutor within 24 to 48 hours. 3.
Can I choose my tutor? And how do I do that? You may refer to our "A checklist for parents on how to choose a tutor." 4. Am I allowed to check the tutor's credential or Educational Certificates if I wish to do so? Yes. You are entitled to check the tutor's details. 5. Can I change the tutor if he/she is not suitable for my child? Yes you can. Please call our office for an immediate replacement at any time without any additional charges. 6. Do I have to pay for the second tutor? Yes. Whether it is the first or second tutor , you are only paying for the conducted lessons and no other additional charges 7. Do I have to pay for additional reading, writing or learning materials (e.g Assessment books, excercise books etc) Yes. All additional materials will be taken care by the parent/student. 8. How do you charge the Tuition Fee? It depends on the type of tutor and qualification. It also differs from individual to individual. 9.
Do I have to pay a service charge to the Tuition Agency? No. The Agency will charge a fee from the tutor (i.e 50% of the tuition fee ) This fee will be paid direct to the Agency by the
parent/student on the due lesson. (Under which ever terms and conditions agreed upon)10. How do I Pay the Agency?
The tuition agency accept payment through :
- Cash payment (through bill collector )
- Cheque payment (mailed to our company )
- Money Order
- Internet Banking Service
- POSB /DBS Electronic Transfer
